London the Center of England?

London is one of the world's most busiest places right after New York and Tokyo.
London has the biggest stock exchange market in Europe.
With 13 million people living in the metropolitan area it is home to about 1/4 of England's total population of about 53 million inhabitants. 

People who come to London can directly see how crowded everything is. You get a sense of the business when you arrive in Waterloo Station. People there have no time. You can see that people walk faster. People are dressed fancy. A London person is the kind of Stereotype you have in mind when you are thinking of an englisch person as a foreigner. 

I would definatley say that London is  the Center of England.
